Ty Hegland was very responsive with my emails about the Ford Flex that I found during my internet searches. i had tried for several days to find a new ford escape without much luck. they had nothing in Wharton, did not have anything i wanted in Rosenberg and even tried to get me to choose another model. When i called Ryan Ford and talked to Westley McKeehan he said he had just what i wanted or he could find it quickly. Now i have a great new Escape SE with just the options i wanted and nothing else. Westley turned this into a very smooth, quick and stress free new car purchase.

We were very impressed with all of the service and care the dealership provided us. This has been one of the most pleasant new car purchases we have had. We were able to select the exact truck we wanted, and the dealership had it transferred in at no additional cost to us. Everything was very straight forward, the discounts were very reasonable. I special ordered a Raptor at Ryan Ford. My overall experience was great. They gave me very fair pricing and treated me well upon delivery. I did have damage on my driver's side leather seat from factory and I was not able to identify the damage until 5 days after delivery. A claim was submitted to Ford and it was denied, the waiting was a hassle as well. This dealership did come thru and took care of the issue on their own.
