Excellent Service!! I purchased a new F-150 from outside of Texas through Ryan Ford. I worked with Ty Hegland. Mr. Hegland came across as being very professional, with an outgoing attitude and a "no pressure" sales style. Outstanding Customer Service From start to finish the purchase of my new Ford F250 was flawlessly painless and easy. Excellent buying experience! I had a great car buying experience at Ryan Ford. I was a first time buyer and moving to Texas from out of town, and Mark Jones worked with me on everything. Great Experience I purchased a 2014 Ford Fusion SE, but a few days later, there was a crack on windshield. There is no sign that the crack was caused by a flying rock, but it is impossible to prove that the windshield was defective. Although they could not get warranty from Ford, the dealer replaced my windshield at not cost. Very friendly people there.
