A better car buying experience than I could have hoped for! I drove out to Ryan Ford from Houston to look at a used Jeep Wrangler I saw online last November and had a really great experience. I walked in without an appointment and Casey Ostigin was ready to help me right away. He was super polite and friendly, not pushy at all, and even let me see how the Jeep handled off road during the test drive for a minute. I bought the Jeep that same visit with no problems. Thanks Sabrena, thats two in a row! I brought my 2012 Focus in for an inspection and service, walked out with a new 2014 Focus. Now thats salesmanship!! After Sabrena sold me the 2012 I new I would be back for my next car, that was yesterday after three years and 102,000 miles. I have allways enjoyed catching up with her as my car was being serviced.
