Window Shopping for Future Purchases (Dodge is coming too!) I'm in the market for a truck or two, and also a car (Challenger). Best experience yet...will be returning in the future I have always had bad experiences with dealerships. I went to the bank and was approved at a high rate. Curtis got with his finance department and got me a better rate than the credit union I have been dealing with for 3 years(3% better). My wife had to work all day Saturday and I informed Curtis of my dilemma and he sent Tom out to get me in Port Arthur(130 miles away from the dealership). Excellent service....Very helpful Brad was very helpful on the phone when I called in for service and when I arrived at the service department. Actually listened intently to what I was asking and wanting for my Ford Focus. The service of my vehicle was done well and a checklist sheet was given to me of everything they did.
Great Customer Service Being a Ford family, buying a new Ford was not in question. Ryan Ford gave us a great deal, both on the car and on our trade in. We couldn't be happier with our 2014 Focus. The real reason for this review is the customer service. There was an issue with the license plates for the car being lost in the mail. Susan was able to get replacement plates extremely quickly and have them next-day delivered to me (I do not live in the Sealy area). Great Service Sabrina Torres was friendly courteous and great at what she does. She was on point with pricing and got a deal in the works. I believe she could sell a ketchup Popsicle to a woman wearing white gloves. :-) We walked in with a trade and walked out with our new 2014 F-150 tuxedo black truck. I have had good experiences getting my vehicles from Ryan Ford and will continue to have them in mind when buying more vehicles.
