First Oil Change My wife's new Ford Edge needed an oil change. We went to Ryan Ford because the dealership we purchased the vehicle failed to meet our customer service expectations. Not only did Ryan Ford put the front license plate bracket on the vehicle, but they did so quickly and correctly. This should have been done by Autonation Ford Katy, but they refused and stated "You should have asked for that to be installed before you made your purchase." First time visit at Ryan Ford I came to Ryan Ford to look at a Sante Fe I seen online. I called ahead and spoke to Sabrena Torres and made an appointment to come and look at the suv. I can honestly say it was nice to talk to a person in sales that was so nice and not pushy. I have met lots of sales people in my 65 years and I have never met another sales person like her. very helpful with excellent prices I was very impressed with Ry7an Ford and the help they gave me. Sabrena Torres was always there to help me with my questions and was able to find me a truck with more than I expected at a price which was much less than other Ford dealers.
