Warranty Service I have a 2014 2500 Ram Longhorn that I purchased at Allen Samuels. I had a DEF sensor problem and when I called A.S. they said bring it in and we'll take care of it but when I arrived they checked the codes and told me it would be 2 weeks before they could get it in do to there diesel mechanic was behind. Oh by the way I had to drive 50 miles to get to A.S. I called Ryan for warranty work and talked to Paul McDade. A Dealership With Five Star Class The title sums up my past purchase with Ryan Ford. Everyone displayed the type of service that a person wanting to purchase a vehicle expects to receive. I have never in all my years (79+) and many Fords purchased , have I had a better experience buying a vehicle.

Lived up to their telephone representations I was hesitant to make the drive. I talked with Steve. He had the car I wanted and gave a price over the phone. When I arrived the car was ready and the transactions was quick. Everyone was courteous and helpful.

Stress-free purchase Requested pricing from several dealers. Mark Jones emailed me a low quote and info on a Focus hatchback. Made an appointment and drove out. No pressure, no haggling.
