Quick service, good service Brought my truck in for its 5,000 mile service. Arrived about half an hour ahead of my appointment, but got me right in and out. Used my rewards to cover part of the bill. No complaints!

Serviced a brake recall Kylie was extremely helpful. He kept me informed and stayed on the manufactures regarding a recall we had only received days earlier notification. The shop is clean, everyone extremely helpful even saying they would stay late if I couldn't get there by closing. They were definitely worth the drive even when I live much closer to other ford dealerships!

It felt like family Although we did not purchase the vehicle from Ryan Ford we only let them do any service work on our mustang. Not only do they have great knowledge and advice about any issues and/or questions we have they are polite, respectful of our time and true to their words. It was with such ease I was able to drop the car off, get my service done and pick it back up all with a friendly how are you doing and yes Ma'am. You don't find that kind of service everywhere!

Great experience Simon did a fantastic job. He wasn't pushy, very knowledgable about the explorer. He took care of business and was very professional. Can there be more Stars? I have used this dealership since I first purchased my 2013 F350, brand new. They have always been courteous and knowledgeable. While Mason took care of my last visit with excellence I have also dealt with Kyle and the service manager Brad and both have treated me equally as well. I will not used any other dealership although I pass many on my way to work.
