Service Experience Customer service was top notch. It was easy to schedule an appointment - even though it was very last minute - they made time to get my vehicle taken care of quickly. We will only take our vehicle to Ryan Ford for servicing. It is easy as pie, they are quick and very helpful. The facility is very clean. We won't be going anywhere else to purchase vehicles or for service of our vehicle.

Great service and service personnel. Very good service. Come in for brakes pads on my F350. Kyle was very helpful by quickly signing the truck in and correctly diagnosing I needed only the rear pads. The job was completed promptly, I was barely able to run an errand a have lunch before the repairs were finished.

Super helpful!! We were returning to New Braunfels from Houston when the low tire indicator came one. We stopped and Kyle Templet had it checked - found two nails and had the tire repaired. He was extremely helpful, courteous and, in no time, had us on the road again. Thanks so much!!!!

Excellent service Service department rushed to service my vehicle. I had driven to several other ford dealers and no one could help me until the next day. Kyle Temple and crew got me on the road very quickly without my huge oil leak.

nice, clean, fast and honest They get a high rating from me because a lot of other dealerships I have worked with lack honesty. This one did not. They went above and beyond to help me with my car and to fix the problem quickly and efficiently. The guy that assisted me was very professional and nice. You can tell he is good at his job and enjoys it. I am so glad this went smoothly and will bring my car here for any future issues.

Road trip disaster On a road trip with 2 kids, 3 adults and 2 dogs. Had some tire issues. Stopped at ryan ford. Excellent customer service. Quick work. They let us bring the kids and dogs inside out of the heat. Everyone was nice and accommodating.
