Excellent Service employees Mason did a great job for me helping me select tires, ensuring price was right, and getting them ordered. He called me to confirm they had arrived before I drove to the Dealership, and had them installed right on schedule. I lost my phone, and him and Tyler both went out of their way to help me try to find it. These guys look after my car and truck, and make it a point to know me by sight and name. It isn't easy to get that personalized approach these days!

Great experience I had a few smaller issues with my 2010 F150 and took it to Ryan Ford for service. Mason was very helpful! They provided a loaner truck for a few days and communicated the issues very well. I will definitely be back the next time and would recommend these guys to anyone.

unexpected commitment I met David Simpson and was immediately comfortable talking with him. I let him know that I was not in a hurry to buy a vehicle and that I would have to get the wife to sign off on anything I did buy. She was not with me on that day. Treated like one of the family We just recently moved to TX from NC where we were spoiled in dealing with a real family owned Ford dealership that made you feel like one of their family and we were looking to duplicate that here in TX. Routine 30 month check up I got a notification that I needed to bring my truck in for a 30 month check up. When I called for an appointment they were very accommodating. Had my oil changed, fuel filter changed & tires rotated & balanced. They found the small oil leak I had, plus one. They had to replace my radiator & vacuum pump gasket. (I had to take it back for those repairs). I also had a complaint of a creaking noise, which they found, but I'm not sure that was the only noise. I will get back with them about that.
