Staff is always friendly and helpful, the facility is extremely clean with nice amenities for customers who wait during service. It's always quick and easy for my regular maintenance and I'm kept updated via texts while I wait. I couldn't be happier with this dealership, as well as my vehicle.

Romeo is reliable, easy to schedule, super friendly and knowledgeable, and it’s always a pleasant experience even though servicing you car isn’t something that I would consider pleasant. In a world full of stress and unreliability, it’s nice to have at least one part of adulting go smoothly. Plus they give you coffee and granola bars lol.

What I appreciate about Volkswagen Romeo is that, yes, they do try to upsell—but that’s to be expected. What matters more is that when they do the work, I feel like I’m getting exactly what was promised. They’re straight shooters, and I never feel like I’m being taken for a ride (pun intended). Their pricing is fairly reasonable too, which is why I take my car there instead of a third-party shop. They’re also all pretty friendly and easy to deal with. I had a very pleasant experience in the purchase of my new Jetta. Rico and Chris were both very helpful and patient during this process. I’m also very surprised but happy that the dealership sent Chris to pick me up at home as I didn’t have a ride, and I live an hour away! The dealership is clean , and the waiting area is roomy and they have coffee and some light snacks… Thanks !
