Brought in my newly purchased Certified Used Car (Jetta) to check out a relatively small concern. The Appointment was at 10:00am. I was in and out in about an hour, maybe less. Always good to request a "Waiting Appointment" unless you live close by or have a back up vehicle to drive.

very dismissive. Acted like I was not good enough for their cars. I would never buy a car here.

I brought in my step daughters bug in for work. They went through it with a fine tooth comb see what they could charge for and boy did they charge. All said and done out the door it cost 8,000 dollars. Car was still messed up. To boot they had the car for over two months. Never ever will I step foot in the dealer again. Worst experience ever.

Since Romeo took over and Vanessa left the service department I am refusing to return. First I have to say that Joleen has no business being a service advisor and has clue about fluid capacities of the Tdi. I got into an argument because she insisted that my car took 6 quarts of oil when my Tdi only takes 4.5! Then I went in for warranty work for an oil leak. It took them four visits over a 6 month period to actually fix it!!! Then a few months ago I went in for suspension warranty work which was a two trip repair because th... read more

I need to vent. While driving down to New Jersey to visit my mother for my birthday on a very busy New York State Thruway, I heard a noise underneath my car so I pulled over in the pouring rain. I noticed the shield underneath the engine was dragging on the ground; the front bolts were literally detached from the car and the rear bolts look like they were never even tightened. I brought a car May 26th 2023. Here it Is July 26th and I still haven't received my registration and the temporary one ran out on July 11th. Been calling the dealership and been getting the run around, no call backs and no updates. So I have a $45k car sitting in my driveway because of no registration. Next step is getting a lawyer. No way it should take this long for a registration and no body reaching back out after a bunch of times of me calling.. We purchased our VW GLI in June of 2022. Romeo then took it over. This week, my electronic dashboard went blank. I called for service. I had to give them my cell phone number, pause, pause, did you use another number? I said maybe they had my husband's cell phone number, pause, pause, pause. Not it's your cell phone number but its only on one screen and not the other. I asked Carlos (service rep) - what did that mean?
