I've been going here for years, they do great work, often same-day, very knowledgeable staff. Like any dealer, tho, it's not the cheapest option. However, they've always been helpful to me especially in emergencies. I also like that they tell me what they see as far as needed repairs, that's helpful. Not everyone feels that way, but I'd rather know, maybe get a second opinion & make an informed decision of how best to do the necessary repairs. Took car in for oil change and received fantastic service. No appointment needed. Full inspection and tire rotation. Beth and Kelsey did a great job getting me through and keeping me informed. I ran the 7 miles home and the car was ready even more I got there (my wife drove me back for the pick up; I can't run 14 miles these days). Saw this eagle in a tree behind the Wilton Mall.
Luke was an amazing salesman. Great demeanor. Didn't put any pressure on me to buy. Luke was extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. He even expedited me being able to take possession of of the car even though I was purchasing from out of state which usually slows down the process. This was definitely my best car buying experience.
Went in for an oil change and a state inspection and ended up there for four hours! Was there less than 5000 miles prior to this appointment and nobody mentioned anything about my tires. Apparently all of a sudden I needed brand new tires, on a car with only 27,000 miles, and the tires get switched out in November for the entire winter until April. Disappointed with the service I received at Romeo. My car was in the shop for 2 months with a major engine repair and I asked the service staff (Specifically Kelsey and Barry) for better communication, and what I got was far from better. I called numerous times and never got a call back, but as soon I as I text them they answer right away. They can't be bothered to talk over the phone and just want to deal with people through a screen.
