Disappointed with the service I received at Romeo. My car was in the shop for 2 months with a major engine repair and I asked the service staff (Specifically Kelsey and Barry) for better communication, and what I got was far from better. I called numerous times and never got a call back, but as soon I as I text them they answer right away. They can't be bothered to talk over the phone and just want to deal with people through a screen.

I recently had a service and recall repair done. Kelsey, service advisor, is very good. She is timely and cares to do the best for the customer. I waited for my car. I was in and out in less than hours. Surroundings are pleasant and comfortable in the service waiting area.

Service department was great! I was a bit put off by all of the phone calls and texts wanting to give me a quote to trade in my car, I just needed an oil change, not a whole new car. That’s never happened before at this location.

The salesmen and service people are nice enough, and they're honest about what you need done. However, since the Romeo buyout it seems theyre having trouble managing appointments. I overheard some customer-facing employees questioning how they could possibly get X amount of appointments done, losing track of appointments and losing paperwork... unfortunately, I seemed to be one of the victims of this issue. Been a customer here for 5 years, first when it was Mackey, now with Romeo Subaru in Saratoga. Always friendly staff, reasonable service pricing and efficient repair & maintenance processes. They make purchasing & servicing vehicles a seamless and pleasant experience.
