My family just bought a nearly new 2025 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid from Romeo Ford of Saratoga. Bryce, Patrick, Tyler in service, and Tyler in finance were beyond excellent to work with. This heavy truck maintenance center is a great asset for large truck owners. Its specific mission is to repair large vehicles. And they do it greatly. The work I had done was a simple LH mirror R&R. When I called to book the appointment, they had me in the next day. The mirror was under warranty, they received it the next day. Had it installed in a hour. It was a Friday morning, movers were loading a truck at my home to relocate my belongings to another state. I called and spoke with Danielle praying she would be able to get my car in for servicing. The week prior, I was told I needed new brake pads and rotors. Waiting the last minute to ask Danielle if she could get my car in to get this service done, she checked to see if she had the parts and she was able to service my car.
