This is a review I never wanted to write, but I guess I have no choice. I've been going here for years with multiple Ford trucks and never had a problem. On 11/14/25 I brought my less than 1 year old f550 in to have snow tires put on. After they handed me the keys and I paid, I noticed every aluminum rim had deep scratches and gouges in it from the tire machine. Nothing but praise for the team at Romeo ford of Saratoga commercial service center. Called this morning when they opened to inquire about a state inspection for my service truck for work. Spoke with Nicole who was extremely friendly and told me I could bring the equipment in for 9am. Showed up for my appointment and met Nicole at the service desk and she was very courteous and helpful. Had our commercial dump truck towed and worked on at 2 other places before going to Romeo Ford. Romeo Ford correctly diagnosed the problem and quickly fixed it! Great company to work with!
We had a really great experience at Romeo Ford of Saratoga- great vibe and friendly, knowledgeable people who really helped us when we were in a jam four hours from home.
Saratoga Ford and specifically Nicole were excellent. My Family and I had an emergency failure with my 2015 F350 as we were driving through Saratoga. I called Saratoga Ford and spoke with Nicole and was able to fit us in same day and have one of the techs diagnos my truck, and was able to make the necessary repair (failed ground wire to the transmission module) During the 2 hours we were there, my family spent time in their waiting room, which was very clean and comfortable for a commercial service area.
