Brian and Keegan did a wonderful job on my car. They took care of it like it was their own and it looks brand new. They also were very patient with me calling a bunch to check on it and were always extremely kind and helpful. My car was going to be ready around my due date and they really went above and beyond to try and have it done sooner, and even asked how my pregnancy was going when I called to check the status which I found so great. Within a week of buying my 2018 Audi S5 convertible, I was backed into and my rear bumper scraped. Multiple collision shops told me it was surface damage...no big deal. Tom at Romeo Collision was SO on the ball with this type of repair and was extremely familiar with Audi's. Turned out to be a complete bumper replacement! Amazing experience and amazing work! Brought my truck in after another car scraped it and they buffed it right up. I went in to the Body Shop today in a panic because my car had ran out of coolant and was overheating. Keegan quickly came outside to help me and fix my car! He was amazing and helped me out tremendously! 10/10 service!
