Brian and Keegan did a wonderful job on my car. They took care of it like it was their own and it looks brand new. They also were very patient with me calling a bunch to check on it and were always extremely kind and helpful. My car was going to be ready around my due date and they really went above and beyond to try and have it done sooner, and even asked how my pregnancy was going when I called to check the status which I found so great. Keegan, Heather, and Brian are just great. Gave me an estimate after my accident and did the repairs under cost. 5 stars are not enough!
First I should point out that that the Google reviews are nothing like Yelp reviews which are mostly1 star reviews. I am suspicious that these Google reviews are genuine. My recent experience at Romeo Ford's Collision Center in Kingston was an absolute nightmare, and I will never take my car there again. A communication Black Hole: Calling them for updates was a pointless exercise. A month later and I still don’t have my car. I dropped my car off on November 12 th for some minor damage to the tailgate. I told the assistant manager when I brought the car for an estimate to not start the work until all parts were received since the car was perfectly drivable and the damage was only minor cosmetic. He told me to drop the car off in a week which was November 12 th and I still don’t have. According to them a part is on back order. I had an awesome experience with Romeo Collision Center in Kingston. The service and repair work were outstanding and quite reasonable. My car looked and even smelled like new again.
