Good experience, didn’t take too long. They didn’t hassle me about the pricing I requested, we met pretty fairly, or the extended warranty that they did not push me to buy when I told them no. The only complaint I have is that they did not make sure the car was inspected the day that I specifically told them I was coming to look at my new car. My experience with this dealership was a good one from start to finish. I saw an interesting car on-line and clicked for a viewing appointment. I received an automated response immediately and a call back early the next morning. When I arrived for a test drive I was greeted and introduced to my sales rep. Perfect from Start , ordering parts, timeliness, and finish. It was an Awesome pleasure to deal with Ken, he was friendly, courteous and you could tell he knows his stuff. IT IS NOT A BIG DEAL CAUSE I DONT CARE, but my wife immediately noticed the Colorado emblem was now on the opposite side. Ooooops, I don't care. Will definitely refer Romeo Chevrolet Collision. 😀
