Great shop to do business with. Knowledgeable, friendly, professional and considerate. Their work on my truck is impressive, they fixed it up and it looks brand new. Will definitely go back if I should ever need to but I honestly hope I don’t.
This was my second experience with Ken L. and Stephanie at Whiteman collision at Romeo Chevrolet in glens falls. Ken is ALWAYS prioritized to returning your injured vehicle as fast as possible and with perfect repairs. In this latest experience, sadly my vehicle had about 1,200 miles. No, I didn’t miss a zero. Lady ran a stop sign and I broad sided her. Did a number on my Colorado. Ķen Lytle had my truck repaired in a week. Not only is Ken a professional, but he is an honest and nice guy. About 3 weeks after he repaired my truck I noticed a sound coming from under my dash. I brought it in to Ken and he fixed the problem no questions asked and no charge, outstanding! I will be bringing my truck to him for all my auto body repairs. There really are good, honest people out there. Kudos to you and your staff Ken!!!
Needed minor body work on my 2013 Honda CRV. Manager Ken was nice, got me in as soon as a free loaner was available. The loaner was a very nice Chevy Blazer - a pleasure to drive. This assured that our family schedule was kept perfectly. The shop finished the work in 2 days when the insurance company estimated 5 days. The whole process was easy, fast, professional, and the work is great! Definitely will recommend to others, and come back if I ever need body work done again! (Let's hope not.) Thank you!
