I was so impressed with our sales consultant Marshall Jackson with his wealth of knowledge and depth of service is unimaginable. He has gone above and beyond with ability to show professionalism, understanding and caring. I highly recommend him to everyone. Their was no high pitch sales at all. Everyone was kind and super friendly. I would recommend Marshall to everyone!
Awful experience, my wife and I bought a used car from their Newark location and they added a bunch of warranties that we didn’t ask for and specifically said we didn’t want. This amounted to close to 5k in extras, I had to go back and have them take it off the loan. They told me it would be taken care of before the first payment was due, it was not.
