Yearly inspection, and emission. I’m quite happy with the service of This Preston Toyota dealership. From scheduling to drop-off to sending me updates. The Service Advisor Brittany is excellent to deal with. She kept me updated till my car was ready for pickup, and was overall pleasant to deal with. Quality service without hassle is a very wonderful thing.
Driving cross country our new Prius hit its first 5000 mile service requirement. We called Preston and they scheduled us right away. Super friendly, super fast, we were in and out and back on our way. If we lived here in New Castle, I’d definitely be taking my car to them.
Service department was great, Mindy went out of her way to make my appointment great, she kept me informed about everything. The only problem I had was the price was very extreme and when you put that much money into a service, you should get the auto washed. Other than that it was a great visit.
The service department at Preston Toyota runs like a well oiled machine. My service manager Stacey welcomed me immediately and went over what service was being performed. I sat in the comfortable waiting area where they have snacks and a tv. It was a pleasant experience.
