Yearly inspection, and emission. I’m quite happy with the service of This Preston Toyota dealership. From scheduling to drop-off to sending me updates. The Service Advisor Brittany is excellent to deal with. She kept me updated till my car was ready for pickup, and was overall pleasant to deal with. Quality service without hassle is a very wonderful thing.

Great experience. I had clear coat applied to my new Tundra. Rick Ferrari did a great job scheduling this and getting me in and out without an issue. My truck looks great,
Over priced. Did not discussed before appointment about 3% charge for using credit card. Never did before. I could have used check instead of credit card. $47 for fluid and labour charge which took less than hour. And you charged me $ 231 ridiculous for transmission fluid drain and replace.
The team at Preston Toyota did a very efficient job of diagnosing a check-engine light condition. Mindy-Jo and Mike were easy to work with and explained the problem / repair clearly.
