Had a great experience with Preston Service! Everyone there was super friendly and easy to talk to. They got the job done right and kept me in the loop the whole time, which I really appreciated. You can tell they actually care about their customers. Everything was smooth, and I’ll definitely be going back if I ever need anything else. Highly recommend!
Staff was very accommodating, welcoming and efficient. I had a very short wait time for my vehicle to be inspected. Vehicle notes were clear and concise at the end of the appointment. It was a positive experience from the minute I walked in the door until the minute I walked out.
First, i spent almost 3 hrs waiting for a scheduled state inspection and emissions. Then told i have leaking rest shocks. They had to be ordered and would cost me $350-400. When I told them I would replace them, I was informed if I didn't let you do the work I would be charged an additional state inspection fee. Said I would then just take it elsewhere and pay them. The fee was waved, "one time only". Replaced my shocks, only to find out my old ones are fine. Getting a re-inspection tomorrow at 3. Not real happy!!!
