We just bought a 2022 mazda cx5. Andrea Phillipi sold it to us and she was very kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. She made sure we had a second key that wasn’t originally included and also made sure a headlight problem was fixed immediately on their dime. Service was excellent. They always provide you with a video of whats done and an inspection. They were quick and Andrea made sure it got it done. It felt like she really cared.

This is our 3rd CX-5 so of course I love Mazda. Preston Mazda Boardman has great, friendly customer service! We really appreciate Scott in sales and Tiffany in customer service who both have been there for us since we originally walked through the door.

I enjoy how they share the video walking around the car. When I went into pay the employee was very kind and efficient. The only downfall is I wish it was easier for a sales rep to come get my car without filling out rental papers. I don’t need a car while I’m at work. Just leave their car in my cars spot and return my car when finished and take your car.

Super friendly staff. Great facility. Have purchased two CX5s from Preston Andrea our sales person was more than helpful. Our latest service on our 2022 was well done very prompt. Highly recommend this dealership. Mazda is an excellent Automobile company. You will not go wrong purchasing their vehicles!

Tyler was the greatest!!!! We talked had a good time and he explained everything that was going on. He showed me the exact car I was looking for without hesitation. After the test drive he showed me how everything worked in the car and answered all of my questions. Tyler made the process as easy as it could be!!! He was the best!
