had an excellent experience with Preston Hyundai for my car purchase! Alan was extremely helpful and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. He arranged all my paperwork and financing before I even arrived at the dealership, which saved me a lot of time. Alan also helped me get the best deal on auto insurance. Overall, I highly recommend Preston Hyundai for anyone looking to buy a new Hyundai or a used vehicle — great service and an easy buying experience!

Spent 3 hrs for a scheduled appointment. 2 recalls tire rotation and oil change. No courtesy car, no offer for shuttle. Parts were not in for one of the recalls. No advance warnings of time to wait. Took going to finance manager to get part for luggage rack we have been waiting 7 months for. Very dissatisfied with the entire experience. No problem selling us a vehicle. Need to take lessons from Preston Kia of Burton. They know how to communicate and do what they say. Not looking forward to return visits.

Service team is quick to greet you and confirm the reason you are there. They provide frequent updates on the status of your vehicle. My repair was covered under warranty, so no charge. If your repair is not covered by warranty and you pay by card, there will be an extra service fee. There is a notification posted, but a little to late to avoid if you only have your card. Pay by check or cash to avoid this surprise fee.

The staff treated me quickly, responsively and professionally. They performed the required oil change, tire rotation, and multi-point checkup. Although they did suggest that I purchase a gas additive to clean the fuel injection system, there was never any hard-sell. I appreciated that. They also washed off about 20 lbs. of salt and grime from the car. I would also add that there were several free oil changes and tire rotations attached to this 2025 Hyundai Tucson that I bought from them in July. A great deal indeed!

I am from Western NY and drove to PA to visit my son. My car broke down a few miles from my son’s house. My car had been in twice for the same issue back home at Towne Hyundai who cleared my car and said they could not find anything wrong. We called the closest Hyundai dealership in Sharon, PA. They were rude and not helpful at all. We then called Preston Hyundai in Boardman, OH. We spoke to an absolutely amazing person in service named Josh!
