Tim and the mechanics provided excellent customer service. I went to the dealership after being told by a chain repair shop that my a/c issue was technical and that the refrigerant level was satisfactory. Ultimately, I needed more refrigerant and my a/c works fine. The honesty, integrity, and fair pricing of this dealership team is so much appreciated!
Love this dealership! This is the second car I've bought through Alan. He is an amazing salesman. No pressure, easy, pleasant experience. Very organized and very little time spent at the dealership. No games, no stress, no hassle. Alan has a great personality and is an asset to the dealership!
Was in to have recall done and was able to have my tires rotated and oil change done same day all completed in less than two hours!! Everyone was great! Highly recommend the Boardman Preston Hyundai Service Center!
On Friday, Aug 07, 2026 I took my 2025 Tucson Limited to Preston Hyundai for a Recall. I had an 0730 appointment. My car was taken right away and the young lady said my car would be done in about an hour. After an hour the young lady came said my car was done, and that they had washed my car. Excellent service! I was treated very well. It was nice the waiting area had fresh coffee and snacks for customers.
The first service appointment went exceptionally well with LeAnn taking exceptional care to make sure that all the questions I had were taken care of. Elizabeth and Marty were very personable when take me to and from the Preston dealership and Jonathan addressed a financial question that I had in a very straight forward and satisfying manner For my first service visit at Preston Hyundai, I was very impressed and pleased in all regards
