I just wanted to take a second to say what an amazing experience my mom and I had at Preston Hyundai of Boardman on June 3, 2026. My mom and I were shopping for an SUV for her. Was able to get me in fast. Didn't try to sell me add on service item. Diagnosed battery issue for free. Replacement battery charge was high but it would be at any dealership. Third time I've dealt with this service department and it's always been a great experience. Probably the best service department I've ever had to deal with.

I came in for my first visit to Service for the oil change, etc. on my 2025 Santa Fe. I was greeted promptly by friendly, helpful people. I was led to a comfortable waiting room where I spent the next hour or so relaxing & watching tv while my car was thoroughly checked over, then washed & vacuumed so I could take home a clean, safe car. I was very pleased with my first visit to service.
Service team is quick to greet you and confirm the reason you are there. They provide frequent updates on the status of your vehicle. My repair was covered under warranty, so no charge. If your repair is not covered by warranty and you pay by card, there will be an extra service fee. There is a notification posted, but a little to late to avoid if you only have your card. Pay by check or cash to avoid this surprise fee.
