had an excellent experience with Preston Hyundai for my car purchase! Alan was extremely helpful and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Customer service was really good and they provided a shuttle for me to get to my other appointment, but the actual service took a lot longer than I think it should have. I wasn’t getting anything done, they just needed to do my final oil check for my oil consumption issue. I knew it was no longer consuming oil, and told them that ahead of time but it still took 1.5 hours.

My experience, I am sure is not typical that is why I would still recommend them, but can’t give it a high rating. I had a 1 o’clock appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I got there at 12:30 and they were having an all staff meeting. I did not have my key but told the counter staff that my wife would be there with them in a few minutes and was told they were checking me in. If I could give 0 I would. Inept from the get go. Bought a used 2018 escape in August. Two weeks later torque converter went out. I had a 90-day warranty. They took the car in and kept it for 4 weeks because on their end they evidently put the wrong purchase date of when I bought it because warranty refused to cover it until I called them and gave them the date that I purchased it along with the paperwork.
