The check engine light came as it has numerous times which the engine start didn't work. Glow plugs failed. the last time two service reps told us this was an ongoing problem with GM and Chevy. And it was free. This time I was going to have to pay $1,000 to fix. The service rep said no one would have told us that. So I won't do business with Preston in the future. Been there when they'd tell a women they needed to have pricy work to their vehicle.
Tom and Jamie (and really, the whole gang at Preston) have all always treated me and my family wonderfully. Paul in service is exceptional. First class experience. I especially want to thank Steve (former sales manager) for his tireless efforts always taking care of me. I bought many trucks off Steve and he was always the best!!!!!!
Scheduled my annual state inspection on the Chevrolet app and my convenience which I appreciated. Upon arrival they was greeted immediately by Nicole who reviewed my upcoming service items and gave me an estimated time of completion. I was pleasantly surprised my vehicle was ready in less an hour. Nicole reviewed my vehicles service item items and costs with me and I was directed to the payment window. I came in for a door latch, and was given a tire rotation and oil change i said no to and never signed that I wanted it. Paid 117$ dollars and could have gotten the service done for 69$. Worst part is rotation was never done. I had a small leak and it is in same place. I don’t know if they even did the oil change. Reset computer but i have no confidence it was done!
