Customer service was great but it took a ridiculous amount of time. And the labor charge was not what I expected. to me it felt like the time was milked because of the extended warranty which didn’t feel like the warranty was great for how much the bill was. Very unexpected amount that I was not prepared for. It hurts those that are on a budget and it’s hard to take a car to a dealership you want to trust but they always find more to charge you for.

They fixed the main focus of my appointment being a flat tire, they were able to repair the tire in question. After getting my car back the tire pressure light still remained on which wasn’t mentioned by any reps. It’s winter time and maybe the other tires were a little low, could’ve been a blown pressure sensor, or maybe another flat tire. I didn’t feel as comfortable as I should’ve driving off that lot.

They always treat me like family! Everyone there has my best interests at heart. They are honest and straightforward. I’ve been a dealerships that try to see you services that aren’t needed, and I have faith in Preston! They are fast, and provide quality work! I don’t go anywhere else!
