Poor communication, had my truck in for inspection and oil change. Never called me to let me know it failed. I called them at 5, front desk lady says she was doing up my paperwork and the service tech had already before even talking to me. Called the next day after I fixed the issue and no one would answer the phone or sales would answer and transfer me and still no answer

Came in with a battery problem on my 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee and they were able to find the problem which was with the auxiliary battery and replaced it same day! I also appreciate the shuttle service to and from my house when the service was completed.

Had a great experience with Preston Chrysler Service! Everyone there was super friendly and easy to talk to. They got the job done right and kept me in the loop the whole time, which I really appreciated. You can tell they actually care about their customers. Everything was smooth, and I’ll definitely be going back if I ever need anything else. Highly recommend!
