Staff are always helpful and friendly. Service was rendered as scheduled and explained by the staff in an easy-to-understand way. I appreciate the coffee bar and the updated look of the waiting room, and am always grateful for the option of a loaner car if the service is going to take the whole day.
Preston BMW is great. I moved to the area a few years ago as a first year teacher and signed up for their maintenance package to help me stay within a teacher budget but also be responsible for my vehicle. Any time that I have gone to them in the 3 years I’ve been a customer, nothing has been less than great. The employees contribute to 100% of this, they deserve every star in this review
I’m moving to the area from CT and my car needed servicing. I was able to easily make an appointment through the BMW app and was treated as if I were a long term client. Excellent service!
I was grateful for the loaner vehicle but, it had no gas, replace battery light on entire time, change oil on, filthy on the inside, no instructions on how things worked. I told them 3 times I had the maintenance package and it was still on my bill when I picked up the car. The part they actually replaced I was quoted the wrong price told them to file a claim on my warranty, then was told they made a mistake and it wouldn’t be covered because of my deductible I was pretty disappointed after all with the entire experience.
We broke down on a Sunday afternoon in our X5 on the PA turnpike driving across country on our way home to Chicago. We had the car towed to Preston bmw and basically just left it in the lot, along with a big trailer we were towing, for them to discover in the morning on Monday. Their service dept was booked for couple of days, but they saw our situation and desperation and promptly diagnosed the issue, expedited the part (fuel pump), and we were back on the road by tuesday at noon.
