Fortunately, Preston was able to fit me in the schedule for rear brakes replacement the next morning after I called due to the onscreen notice. Service was efficient & performed in a timely manner. I waited while the work was done and was on my way in an hour and a half. Well done!

Appointments are easy to make and quickly available. Oil and filter change took less than 1/2 hour. Comfortable waiting area with complementary beverages.

Oil change is a good value. Service dept is kind and courteous. Price for tires are higher than other places I found, but Vaughn worked it out with the tire warranty dept for the replacement of my tire.

We were supposed to get a loaner car either from BMW or arranged from outside. This was a leased car from BMW and has a full coverage for this benefit.I rented a car from Enterprise on my own for 6 days, but did not get any loaner. My tire blown off and was a Winter tyre installed 2 months ago from BMW Akron. This replacement should have been no cost to us, because it was within warranty period. I recently purchased a vehicle from Preston BMW. The door to my gas cap was faulty. I live 3 1/2 hours away. Before I left the dealership the part was ordered and scheduled to be repaired 2 days later. They sent me home with a loaner vehicle and 2 days later delivered my vehicle to my home. The service department did an amazing job communicating with me and repairing my vehicle. I highly recommend Preston BMW service department.
