I recently purchased a vehicle from Preston BMW. The door to my gas cap was faulty. I live 3 1/2 hours away. Before I left the dealership the part was ordered and scheduled to be repaired 2 days later. They sent me home with a loaner vehicle and 2 days later delivered my vehicle to my home. The service department did an amazing job communicating with me and repairing my vehicle. I highly recommend Preston BMW service department.

We were supposed to get a loaner car either from BMW or arranged from outside. This was a leased car from BMW and has a full coverage for this benefit.I rented a car from Enterprise on my own for 6 days, but did not get any loaner. My tire blown off and was a Winter tyre installed 2 months ago from BMW Akron. This replacement should have been no cost to us, because it was within warranty period. Fortunately, Preston was able to fit me in the schedule for rear brakes replacement the next morning after I called due to the onscreen notice. Service was efficient & performed in a timely manner. I waited while the work was done and was on my way in an hour and a half. Well done!

The Service Department staff was very efficient in setting up my appointment, answering all questions, and replacing the car battery in a timely manner. They also washed the car without charge. I highly recommend their service.

As a new BMW owner I had questions about winter tires, oil and filter change and rim repair. Vaughn in service was able to easily make suggestions on the rim repair and coordination with Robbie in parts for winter tires, and factory recall scheduling. It was a pleasant and professional experience.
