Fortunately, Preston was able to fit me in the schedule for rear brakes replacement the next morning after I called due to the onscreen notice. Service was efficient & performed in a timely manner. I waited while the work was done and was on my way in an hour and a half. Well done!
As a new BMW owner I had questions about winter tires, oil and filter change and rim repair. Vaughn in service was able to easily make suggestions on the rim repair and coordination with Robbie in parts for winter tires, and factory recall scheduling. It was a pleasant and professional experience.
Took my car in for routine service work and oil change. It was completed in actively manner and everyone there was very friendly and professional. It was my first time going there and I will definitely return in the future.
Dealer was at the ready on day and time of appointment. Multiple visit encounter went smoothly as a result. Could not ask for more.
