I can't believe how pushy they are they don't even give you the price of the car till they run your credit! I asked to leave and they had my keys in the office every single time I tried to leave I couldn't leave i asked for them so many times I couldn't believe it! Way too expensive. Paying more for a used car than a new one. I bought a used car and still owe 13k and the engine is blown in less than 3 years. I had another part in the engine replacement when I first got the car. I will never step foot back into there ever again. They refused to use my warranty when my other mechanic said Kia is known for this and it should be covered. Called cooperate and they told me that the management at this place should help me out if they cared about losing a customer over this and they did not. C... read more

They went out of their way to get me a deal done they even came to my house in Susquehanna to have the paperwork signed. Very professional
This dealer is SHADY! Prices on website vs prices when you actually get there, are more expensive. Marked up way above sticker price. Salesperson wouldn’t give me any straight answers, and talked her way around things. Needless to say I will never return.

This place isn’t trustworthy at all. Not only do they tack on an extra $10,000 for “ceramic coating and nitrogen filled tires”. They also tack on an extra few percent to the already high interest rate you get from the bank. Do your research before coming to see these con artists.
there is coffee and drinks if you are waiting for your vehicle. the wait was not bad. they also come out to let you know what is wrong and ask before fixing. it was very pleasant
I had an experience going to buy my first car on my own and they gave me a terrible deal and value for my car.. I said no and I need to think about it multiple times.. yet they had different people try to convince me to say yes to their awful pricing.. I went to motorworld (and yes I recommend them 10000%) and got a lower price on my new 2025 car, than what Kia tried to make me go home with for a used 2022.. after few days go by and I get a letter in the mail from Kia that my request for a loan was denied 🤣.
