Very disapointed in my experience with this place Will never give them another dime of my hard earned money
Will never buy another car from this dealer again. I bought a used LEXUS from them 2 months ago. They failed to mention to me that I was supposed to run it through DMV inspection until a week prior to the tags expiring right during the holidays...then it failed! I was under the gun to fix it and then run it through again same day so it would pass, drove the paperwork from Dover to THEM in NEWARK and the tags still expired! Now they refuse to issue me a second temp tag while DMV is telling me it has to be dealer issued. ... read more
I will never buy a vehicle from them again with their supposed extended warranty. We bought an 04 Tacoma in May 2014 that had 60k miles. The truck has been back 5 times in 1.5 years. We had to take it through inspection because the idiot salesman sold it without it being inspected. The water pump went, the ac compressor blew, both cv axels went, the idler pulleys went & now they are trying to give us the truck back without the fabtech lift we bought on the truck originally. I recently had a very poor experience with the dealership. I needed a spare key programmed for a 2007 Toyota Prius. I had purchase the key on the internet and was cautioned by the staff that sometimes the keys do not work. I approved the programming and was billed for an unsuccessful attempt. I was informed that the key did not work. It turns out that the key was just fine, just not purchased from the dealership, and I programmed it myself in 5 minutes using instructions on Prius chat forums. Still waiting to get my truck back from the frame recall it seen almost 3 months and I still don't have any answers . Toyota gave me a Prius as a rental which can't get thru 1 inch of snow, again no help from Toyota about how I have had to cancell vacations and have to get a ride to work because of the rental they gave me. I would just like to know when I can have my truck back and no one knows.
HIGHLY recommend to stay FAR away from this place! We have had nothing but problems from the time we drove the car away. The sales rep never returned phone calls, the title clerk can't effectively do her job, nobody is willing to help out just push me around to another person saying they will return phone calls but never do.
