I can only speak for the service department but when the service advisors and manager contradict each other, all I want to do is rethink my decision to spend money at this unprofessional establishment. Everyone makes mistakes, we are human beings. Some people, including the service manager need to learn how to admit when they’re wrong.

I went to Newark Toyotaworld to get a diagnostic done on my car... the check engine and auto lsd light keep coming on and it won’t pass inspection. They misdiagnosed the problem! I requested a call back from a manager 2times which never happened. I got a call from someone asking how my visit was and I was completely honest and truthful. We sold a car to Newark Toyota world and could not have more disappointed with the lack of customer service. Buyers Beware!!! I bought a 2013 Ford Focus with only 40,000 miles on it just a little over two months ago for my daughter and now its dead. The transmission blew up. When buying the vehicle I had informed the Manager that there was a hesitation when accelerating and it might be an issue with the transmission. I've had a horrible experience with my 2018 Toyota 4Runner. I purchased it in March(brand new) after my boyfriend was diagnosed with cancer, this way we'd have a brand new vehicle and one less thing to stress about. Well that hasn't been the case. They can be over priced, they don't price match so shop around. I have had issues with this location on making appointments in a timely manner, the staff being under stress and it showing. Lobby is nice.
Don't go here if you have any other choice! They don't do their research and don't make it right when they screw you over! My car broke down and I had it taken here. They quoted me $2800 for replacing the inverter. I did my own research online and discovered the replacement was supposed to be covered under an extended warranty. Took my car in to get washed and left without half of my bumper!! Management was so nice they declined to fix it citing a sign that basically you're screwed and then condescendingly told me to file a claim with my insurance and they can attempt to get the money back in subrogation! Then he refused to give me his direct contact information,instead crossing his tiny little arms and offering the main number!! My family has come here for years and I'm even due for an oil change.
