So I’ve been using ToyotaWorld for my Toyota lease for 3 years. I would say solid 4 stars until yesterday. I did not realize I was no longer getting the complimentary oil changes and inspections (my fault), so I was a little shocked that they charge $130 for that. Most places, from what I’ve heard, tend to charge around $75 or so for the same service. Sales team is excellent but when it comes to service that is another story. Service department does not return calls and is very unprofessional.
Received an amazing offer letter in the mail as a loyal Toyota customer so we called and spoke with Rose who was upbeat and positive and confirming of Toyota's commitment to us as longtime Toyota customers. We scheduled an appointment for 2 days later with the intention to upgrade from a 2014 and re-establish our warranties. My first experience was fine - second - absolutely horrible! Four hour wait for something that should have taken less than two hours maximum -(even though I had an appointment and was promised work could be done in the agreed upon time frame!)....wrong pricing (naturally, in their favor).......excuses, excuses, excuses from service management!
Bought a car from them 2 years ago, biggest mistake of my life. Tried to use their service dept once for an oil change and ended up sitting for 3.5 hrs after quoting me 45 mins (I even had an appointment). Now I can't get them to stop sending me mail trying to get me to buy another car even though I've contacted them 3 times requesting to be removed from their mailing list.

Leased a Corolla on Saturday. Not the best experience. I was not happy with where we landed on price but went ahead anyway. Lots of last minute add on were presented after we settled on a number. One, being the necessary gap insurance - which was not disclosed until the bitter end - that brought my budgeted number very close to my threshold. The car also did not have floor mats. Be honest with customer. Luis L. of service informed me my road warranty on my tires is good for two years, not mileage and replacement tires if unable to be fixed has nothing to do with tire warranty mileage and prorated to miles on tires. Told me that is how it always has been. Strange just bought FOUR tires with mileage warrenty and road hazzard NOT based on two years. Need to hire people with some smarts

Hi David!, We are so sorry it sounds like there is some confusion on what was said. All of our tires come with a limited mileage/manufacturer warranty and a Two Year Road hazard replacement warranty. They are two separate things, the Mileage and Manufacturer defect warranty comes from the tire manufacturer and the Road Hazard coverage comes from Toyota.
