Bought a used 2015 Prius Persona from Ken Steen. Nice guy, customer-focused, made us feel welcome and was very respectful. He was knowledgeable about the cars we looked at and helped us choose the best one for us. We had a minor issue with the car, but Ken was flexible and helped us get it sorted out. Overall a very positive experience, and one that I'd recommend to friends and family.
I just recently bought a Corolla and had the best experience. It was my first time financing a car and Mark Truong was absolutely awesome. He answered all of my questions, was extremely friendly and personable, and made my experience an overall great one! I will not need a new car for a long time, but I would recommend Mark and Newark Toyota to anyone!
Wow- what a great experience I had working with both the dealership and service department of Newark ToyotaWorld!!!!! My wife had an emergency issue with her 10 year old vehicle and we were forced to limp her car off the highway and into the service dept. Completely booked with appointments, it would be impossible for the car to be diagnosed that day…..
