I believe it's true that a company's best asset is its employees. NTW offers awesome services for its customers. However, it's up to the employee to use the tools given them. One such experience it's the "Moman Affect!" b.k.a Eric Mosely, Sr. LOL it sounds corny but I'm so serious. I don't feel any anxiety or pressure working with him. Just bought a new 2019 Tacoma on Saturday (2/9/19) and the experience and staff at Newark Toyota (especially Chloe) were amazing. I plan to go there anytime I need a car or truck going forward.
Brian in service is extremely helpful in keeping me update on my truck and what all was being done while it was in the shop. Every step from rental to what my truck's problem was to parts coming and and installed. Very helpful and nice guy throughout each interaction/phase. I've always loved ToyotaWorld's service
