Recently in for service. had put it off a couple of months - wasn't driving and a little concerned about having someone else in the car -I shouldn't have been concerned. The service department at Newark Toyota World took their covid-19 protocols very seriously. Contactless and all wearing masks. I would have no hesitation to bring the car back for another service. Additionally, very accurate on when my car would be ready
In the past few years I have purchased an automobile and a truck from Newark ToyotaWorld. I have also had all of my vehicle service completed at their Service department. My experience with both the Sales and Service departments has been positive.
Relatively straightforward in negotiation. Like everyone else, they offered the usual upsells, but not much pressure to accept. Matt V. was good to work with.
Great car-buying experience. They found me the exact Prius model I wanted, at the price I wanted, which was the True Car price that I had researched. The salesman, Ajay, was extremely helpful in explaining all of the features of this car, which were many. They also gave me the amount for my trade-in that I had researched. I was extremely satisfied with this dealership. Highly recommended.
