Kia stepped up and did everything they could to get me loaner when my engine seized due to the Kia engine issue. it took about 10 days to get me a loaner which was unfortunate because I had to pay for a loaner for 10 days but they did move me up the loaner list due to my situation because i needed car to get back and forth to work. I do think that with the rate of these engine failures that should either have more loaners or at least partner with a loaner company. Our experience with Motion Kia was great, Connor made the process of purchasing two vehicles very simple! He was quick to answer all questions I had throughout the process.
