Overall, I had a good experience. I was able to make a same-day appointment, my vehicle was serviced promptly, and I was out within about an hour. The lobby was comfortable, and I was able to get some work done while I waited. For nearly 20 years, I have been a loyal Nissan customer. I bought my car here in Jan. I got an incredible deal. There were a few minor issues and all of them were patiently and kindly resolved. If you are familiar with how car sales work you may not associate those words. My accolades to Sales manager Mike, Service manager Allen and Service Director Roger. Incredibly professional! I appreciate the management for nurturing that culture. I recommend anyone looking for their car here.

I came in for an oil change, ended up spending almost $1K for other maintenance work that was told the sensor for the washer would be fixed. Paid, drove off, sensor is still on. Call Javier and was told to wait a few more days and sensor would go away. It didn’t. Came back a week later and was told cost is over $300 change or fix sensor. The service department here is excellent. Gregory has been my service advisor for about four different visits. He always goes above and beyond to ensure I get reliable and honest service.
