Catalina in the service department and Abraham in Sales are very professional and accommodating. I felt my time and business were valued and I was well taken care of. Catalina was thorough in explaining the different options I had for my tire replacement. Abraham worked to get the best deals and rates when I discussed being interested in trading in my car. I have purchased two cars through him at Mossy Nissan and look forward to working with him again soon. Would highly recommend them both!

Literally had the worst experience at Mossy. This my third time coming and never experienced this. Had An appointment for 8:15am got there earlier for an oil change and tire rotation. Also told my advisor Joe that my engine light was on and the cause was my mass air flow sensor. Which he told me the price just to check my engine light before. The entire staff at Mossy Nissan is very professional and courteous. I look forward to having a great relationship with them for years to come. They changed my oil, rotated my tires, offered suggested repairs and curated a list of things that are coming up for the future! Great customer service!

Took my car in that had a dead battery issue. Mr Joe McCastle was very professional. Very detailed and made me feel welcomed. He promised me to be out in an hour, and spot on, he delivered. Kudos to this guy. I wish most service rep would be like this man.
