I got a very positive experience with the service department. Joe was increíble helpful and deliver on his promises. I will highly recommend him. My car needed a new transmission. Joe dealt with the warranty and got things worked out quickly so I could have the transmission replaced. He is the real deal.

Mossy Nissan Maintenance is the best! Roger always took care of me and is now a manager so he handed me off to Joe and he's great too! Whether it's a routine maintenance visit or something unexpected, I feel like I'm in the best hands! I trust them to be honest with me and I never feel like I need to get a second opinion. I highly recommend Mossy Nissan!!

The entire staff at Mossy Nissan is very professional and courteous. I look forward to having a great relationship with them for years to come. They changed my oil, rotated my tires, offered suggested repairs and curated a list of things that are coming up for the future! Great customer service!

Took my car in that had a dead battery issue. Mr Joe McCastle was very professional. Very detailed and made me feel welcomed. He promised me to be out in an hour, and spot on, he delivered. Kudos to this guy. I wish most service rep would be like this man.
