My experience was amazing. Let me start by saying that Jessie is a very knowledgeable salesman and patient. He answered all of our questions and did what he could to help out. The manager, Alberto, had a lot of patience. We had a higher interest rate, and he did what he could to bring it down. Melvin was also good, funny, and kind.
