Alvarado was so wonderful and taken care of KIM’s car at at Massey collision center. They did a great job. The customer service was very pleasant. The work was very well done and we are glad to have the car back and KIM is happy with her work. Thank you so much for your wonderful service.
I was so upset at myself when I got my beautiful Mazda CX9 into an accident… I couldn’t stop thinking, “Will it ever look the same?” “Will they repair my vehicle correctly?” “Can I trust this shop to give me a product I am proud of?”. Well let me tell you, my Mazda looks better NOW than it did BEFORE the accident! How is that even possible lol! I cannot believe how well they covered up the damage and matched the paint. He was very nice, patient & kept me updated throughout my entire process. He made a very stressful situation for me super easy. I'm happy with his service, the techs, and just overall pleased!!
In my experience at the Collision Center at Mossy Nissan, I found Everado to be an exceptional and reliable professional. My situation was particularly challenging, as I was pregnant at the time of my accident and my vehicle remained with the collision department for an extended period. Incredibly poor service They took 3 months to finish my car. Absolutely misaligned and without all the parts. I had to bring it back in for something that should have taken 4 hrs. It’s been 3 days. They don’t give you updates unless you call. They aren’t coordinated between office and shop. Unprofessional to say the least
