What ever you do don't ever ever take your vehicle to this place for collision repairs. The excuses and arguing with mgmt, due to them wasting my time and wanting to hold the car for repair longer and the final panel that was put on looked like a used one. The ast. Mgmt. Was wondering why I raised my voice, it was because of the final on vehicle. Not happy with panel final and in order to get my car back I had to pay them for this crappie work. I was so upset at myself when I got my beautiful Mazda CX9 into an accident… I couldn’t stop thinking, “Will it ever look the same?” “Will they repair my vehicle correctly?” “Can I trust this shop to give me a product I am proud of?”. Well let me tell you, my Mazda looks better NOW than it did BEFORE the accident! How is that even possible lol! I cannot believe how well they covered up the damage and matched the paint. Incredibly poor service They took 3 months to finish my car. Absolutely misaligned and without all the parts. I had to bring it back in for something that should have taken 4 hrs. It’s been 3 days. They don’t give you updates unless you call. They aren’t coordinated between office and shop. Unprofessional to say the least
In my experience at the Collision Center at Mossy Nissan, I found Everado to be an exceptional and reliable professional. My situation was particularly challenging, as I was pregnant at the time of my accident and my vehicle remained with the collision department for an extended period.
