I had to take my car in because of a recall issue. It was easy to set up an appointment and everything was handled very smoothly. They provided Uber service to take me home while they worked on the car and to pick me up when it was ready. My primary contact was Rachel Nunley who is always on time, efficient, and very cordial. Other employees there with whom I interacted were the same. Maortiz Kia provides excellent service.

They did ok on my service , but we have been trying to get an appointment to get my wife’s car looked at because washer fluid isn’t working. They’re either booked weeks out or they haven’t responded to email or phone message . They also say they need to keep it three days just to diagnose the problem before they can give us a loner under the warranty . We have always had great service but we are disappointed in this situation.

The Moritz Kia service department did an exceptional job of changing the oil, rotating the tires and checking all systems in my Telluride. I highly recommend them when your vehicle needs service.
