My service advisor, Johnathan Martinez was exceptionally professional, honest, and accommodating. He took a sincere interest in ensuring my vehicle was repaired perfectly, on schedule, and at the best possible price. This was my first time going to Moritz Kia!!! And my experience was Super AMAZING!!! From the time I pulled into the Bay to explain what services I needed. Then when I checked in, they had a Uber to take me to work. I was really pleased from check in...the Young Ladies in service, and checking out with Johnathan... Simply pleased. I'll be back when it time for my oil to be changed. Give them a try!!
I had a really good experience with Moritz Kia. I had Cristian (service advisor) help me with my vehicle inspection needs and was able to direct me to Chris (finance advisor) help me with a vehicle purchase out of the state. They were both helpful, knowledgeable, and professional throughout my interaction. I had small interactions with other employees and they all seem to really enjoy what they do. I would recommend to friends and family.
Clint Fowler , my service advisor is the most attentive professional man especially with what I just dealt with on Sunday, June 1, 2025 with a softball size and melon size hail storm as you can see the photos attached. I called Clint the following day to let him know I experienced the previous day of being caught in a natural disaster (hail storm) on my way after visiting my older grandchildren to South Carolina with my car loaded with my personal belongings.
