Our 2016 Optima with known engine issues finally suffered failure. They did a great job handling replacement of our engine at no cost to us while providing us with a nice loaner car. While there I had them do a brake service front and rear for a reasonable price. Customer service was great over all. We've been to this dealership a couple of times over the years, always great Customer service.
Always quick and friendly! We actually look forward to going to the dealership and getting the oil Changed! Michael and the ladies in the service department are always so nice and remember my kids which my daughter loves! You truly feel like family and this dealership! So glad we bought our Kia here!!

This was my first time going to Moritz Kia!!! And my experience was Super AMAZING!!! From the time I pulled into the Bay to explain what services I needed. Then when I checked in, they had a Uber to take me to work. I was really pleased from check in...the Young Ladies in service, and checking out with Johnathan... Simply pleased. I'll be back when it time for my oil to be changed. Give them a try!!
Clint Fowler , my service advisor is the most attentive professional man especially with what I just dealt with on Sunday, June 1, 2025 with a softball size and melon size hail storm as you can see the photos attached. I called Clint the following day to let him know I experienced the previous day of being caught in a natural disaster (hail storm) on my way after visiting my older grandchildren to South Carolina with my car loaded with my personal belongings.
