They had great communication from the start. I let them know what I didn’t want and they listened. I was happy with my sales rep and the person working with me on the financing. Both of them were very knowledgeable and very helpful.
I had an appointment booked for 8am on Monday the 7th of April due to a few recalls which I received a letter in the mail. Upon arrival the service technician looks me up on his system and claims that I am not on said schedule; I was asked for a confirmation text message. Our service manager was great, he exceeded our expectations and truly committed to helping our family with our vehicles issues. After taking my car to the Berwyn shop where I was treated poorly and almost assaulted for complaining that they didn't fix it, I decided to take it back to the Kia Lincolnwood shop where I bought it. Here at least I didn't feel assaulted, but they didn't fix it either.
