I worked with Leo. He was able to guide me into the right car for my financial situation. I went into the dealership with an Optima in mind but it had really high mileage. Leo was able to help me find another Optima that I would be able to obtain financing on that was a much better choice. I am thrilled with my new car and will recommend Leo and Kia of East Hartford to anyone looking for a new car!
I was worried about a little gap between the tail light and bumper with an impending downpour. .. they found a defect which was repaired and my fears were allayed...The heavy downpour of rain did happen and there were right...everything worked out well.

First time bringing my 2017 Sportage for service. Didn't purchase from her but definetly would in the future. I was immediately greeted by the two men at the service station. They kept me well informed on the work being done and the time it would take . I was offered coffee and refreshments while I waited and in general all the staff was very friendly. The dealership was very clean and the waiting area very comfortable. They explained what was done in detail and when my car was brought to me it had been washed!!!!! Great f... read more

Freddie is simply the best. I can't say I enjoy the back and forth of price negotiation but at the end of the day - we got a great car, at a great price and Freddie's professionalism made the experience one I am compelled to share. Oddly, the sales manager wasn't as motivated to make a deal... I've purchased my share of cars and have honestly never encountered someone so indifferent - but it was Freddie who made it happen.
