I went into Kia of East Hartford looking for a Kia Optima that I found online and the car was exactly as advertised and couldn't be happier with the whole car buying experience. Purchased a 2015 Kia Optima EX that I found listed on the company website. The price was unbeatable so we went in for a test drive. The salesperson we worked with, Michael Mich, was genuine and easy to talk to. This dealership is first class. Friendly staff from start to finish. They delivered exactly what they told me they would. They were very quick with the turnaround time of my vehicle.
They went above and beyond. Fixed my sliding door issues and even put on new tires plus an alignment when I mentioned hearing some strange noises. They gladly shuttled me to and from work. Friendly and helpful staff.
