Recall service/Outstanding customer service In March 2015, I took my '08 Sonata to Hallmark Hyundai in Hendersonville for some recall service. I met Sasha in the service dept. who was extremely nice, upbeat, and accommodating. 3rd new car from this dealership We recently purchased our third new Hyundai from Hallmark. We hated to give up our Veracruz but we love our new Santa Fe Limited just as well. Outstanding place of business We took in our Santa Fe to have some repairs made. When we arrived the man helping us, Wes, took us and dropped us off at the mall so that we did not have to wait there while the repairs were maid. He then picked us back up after they were finished with the vehicle. They also aired up the tires before we left
We love this place. I love Hallmark Hyundai because of their customer service and genuine approach to sales. Having great cars is a plus. Over the past 3 years my wife and I have purchased 2 cars from Hallmark. People, value and price are what makes Hallmark the only place to buy a car.
