Service was horrible, I came in in December to get my car checked up on before my annual trip to Florida. I wanted to make sure that everything was safe for me and my family to drive the day after I spent over $1500 at Volkswagen getting my car fixed. My engine light popped on. I am a big fan of Volkswagen. We took Tiguan SE in 2022 from Gosset Germantown Volkswagen. We were very happy with the car. But we loved the Atlas so much that we went to trade in our Tigavan.But that deal didn't happen, they didn't give us a deal that we can afford whenever we like. They didn't even try to stop us.So we left there. And now we are a proud owner of Honda CRV Hybrid.
Overall, I was pleased with the services provided at this location. I bought a 2014 VW Beetle from another dealership, and just wanted an inspection, oil change, etc. I set up an appointment online which was wonderfully convenient. This Volkswagen location off of Winchester was by far the best car buying experience ever. My husband and I purchased two vehicles and the entire process was quick, easy and hassle free. The sales team were awesome, helpful, knowledgeable and ready to assist. It makes us always want to come back to this dealership in the future.
