I set an appointment for maintenance on the vehicle, the staff was extremely helpful and respectful. They offered me a nice place to sit while I waited on the service. While waiting on the service Drew updated me on problems they found with the vehicle, told me what was covered under warranty and what my out of pocket cost would be. 10/10 highly recommended service.
They did what they said they would do, with no hidden fees. Everything was very transparent. I was afraid they would try to take advantage of me being their for an oil change without my husband being present, but it was a very painless process. Just let them know what you want done and don't be afraid to say No to things you don't want or are unsure of and you'll be just fine. Overall a great experience.

The service department opens at 7:00am. I arrived at 6:55am. A line formed outside of the gate. At 7:00am, the manager came out and began opening the gates. Being the first at the door, I stood as he unlocked it. At 7:08, he still had not began receiving customers. I asked could I leave my key as I had pre-arranged transportation to ensure I get to work in a timely manner.
