Bill was GREAT!! No complaints at all. Thanks to everyone involved for making my NEW purchase a very pleasant experience. I had a been in a pinch the entire process for time due to my work schedule. I had an AMAZING experience at Gossett Volkswagen Covington pike, in Memphis. Jason and Chase were both incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. I was having an intermittent issue with my windshield wipers activating randomly on my 2024 Tiguan, and even though the issue was difficult to reproduce at first, they took my concerns seriously and kept working to figure it out. Everything was handled professionally, thoroughly. I really appreciated how patient, honest, and helpful they were through the whole process. It’... read more
