I had an AMAZING experience at Gossett Volkswagen Covington pike, in Memphis. Jason and Chase were both incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. I was having an intermittent issue with my windshield wipers activating randomly on my 2024 Tiguan, and even though the issue was difficult to reproduce at first, they took my concerns seriously and kept working to figure it out. We’re thrilled to have a new Atlas from Gossett. We worked with Arthur and highly recommend him. He was so patient with us as we asked plenty of questions and wanted to see various trim levels/etc. He was easy to reach and quick to respond. He and the sales team helped us find the color & trim we wanted with all the extras (and then some) within our budget and the family loves the new car! Thank you Gossett.
They did what they said they would do, with no hidden fees. Everything was very transparent. I was afraid they would try to take advantage of me being their for an oil change without my husband being present, but it was a very painless process. Just let them know what you want done and don't be afraid to say No to things you don't want or are unsure of and you'll be just fine. Overall a great experience.
Always a pleasant experience. We have 2 VW Tiquans and change our oil every 5K miles. This service department is exceptional. Great customer service. Shout out to Jennifer, Drew and Dwayne. And prices are competitive.
I set an appointment for maintenance on the vehicle, the staff was extremely helpful and respectful. They offered me a nice place to sit while I waited on the service. While waiting on the service Drew updated me on problems they found with the vehicle, told me what was covered under warranty and what my out of pocket cost would be. 10/10 highly recommended service.
