I had a great experience at Covington Pike VW. Tiara took very good care of me. She communicated everything that needed to be done. She was so professional but put me at ease. I had a shaky experience purchasing my Atlas Cross Sport from Gossett a couple of years ago, but the maintenance has gone really well. This time, I was there for a recall and it took about 10 minutes to fix. I was impressed with the professionalism of my service advisor and the accessibility of the facilities.
Took my VW in for recall work on the fuel system. Service team members were courteous and professional. Only complaint I really had was every other dealership I’ve been to washes the car after service is performed. I thought this would have been done especially since my car smelled like fuel immediately after getting inside and for the next two or three days. The maintenance was performed in a timely manner and I am overall satisfied. Would recommend.
