Unfortunately, did not have the best experience. I made the appointment ahead of time online for a Friday — included an oil change and multi point inspection (my first since buying the car brand new). I called a few days before the appointment to ask them if I needed to change what I booked as I was experiencing some different issues. I scheduled the appointment online and the website is not very intuitive and doesn't have enough options to clearly explain the services required. We were bringing the vehicle in for an oil change, and I assumed we could have the check engine light inspected as well. We'd already had the light checked at AutoZone, so we knew what they said, but on the site, we didn't have anywhere to explain that we wanted that inspected. Great experience from start to finish. Go in and ask for Jonathon Burke. I leased a 2025 Volkswagen id.4. As soon as i got on the lot everyone was friendly. I asked about the car and the guys on the lot quickly had Jonathon come out. The negotiations were fast and fair and I left with a good deal I felt happy about. Best car buying experience I’ve ever had.
They always look into my issues and find the solution. I have a Volkswagen. The only problem I have ever had was with someone who doesn't work there anymore. The manager of the service department, Aaron, is very helpful and always listens when I need him.
