Great experience from start to finish. Go in and ask for Jonathon Burke. I leased a 2025 Volkswagen id.4. As soon as i got on the lot everyone was friendly. I asked about the car and the guys on the lot quickly had Jonathon come out. The negotiations were fast and fair and I left with a good deal I felt happy about. Best car buying experience I’ve ever had.
Desmond and Blake were amazing to work with. Easy to work with, no time wasted. Got exactly what I wanted and didn't have to spend all day. Great trade. I cannot say enough good things about all the people over at Volkswagen. Even the guy that showed me what all the buttons do was the kindest gentleman.
TLDR: Take your VW, Audi, or Porsche to Wolfsburg Automotive on Summer Ave if you want people who know what they’re doing and will give you high quality, reasonable service. I absolutely loved my visit. My service rep Pam made my 1st experience EXCELLENT. She was very respectful, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. She did not try to make me purchase things that I didn't need. She made me feel VERY happy with my choices.
The entire staff of Gossett Volkswagen on Covington Pike are total GEMS!! I appreciate their service and attentiveness especially Cornelius in the Service Department. The fine gentlemen in the Sales Department solved a HUGE potential problem for me and got me into the vehicle that I wanted. I am grateful to all of them!!!
