I scheduled the appointment online and the website is not very intuitive and doesn't have enough options to clearly explain the services required. We were bringing the vehicle in for an oil change, and I assumed we could have the check engine light inspected as well. We'd already had the light checked at AutoZone, so we knew what they said, but on the site, we didn't have anywhere to explain that we wanted that inspected. Great experience from start to finish. Go in and ask for Jonathon Burke. I leased a 2025 Volkswagen id.4. As soon as i got on the lot everyone was friendly. I asked about the car and the guys on the lot quickly had Jonathon come out. The negotiations were fast and fair and I left with a good deal I felt happy about. Best car buying experience I’ve ever had.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Called after getting oil changed at another VW in another state because it was found that they torqued the cap wrong or too tight on the oil cap which resulted in it being stripped so need a whole new oil pan. Have pictures of the dirty oil coming out with it being stripped terribly. Refused to fix and when trying to get ahold of their GM leaving voicemails etc even contacting VW customer service they are not wanting to respond. Desmond and Blake were amazing to work with. Easy to work with, no time wasted. Got exactly what I wanted and didn't have to spend all day. Great trade. I cannot say enough good things about all the people over at Volkswagen. Even the guy that showed me what all the buttons do was the kindest gentleman.
The Gossett VW team is always such a pleasure to deal with. I appreciate their thoroughness and communication to make sure I understand what my car needs and when. They do such a great job and represent VW very well!
