I have no complaints as to the quality of service rendered by Gossett Covington Pike - my appointment times are always honored and the maintenance is high quality. Today, however, I took my vehicle in for a a scheduled 40k service which I scheduled via my VW app. While scheduling, I selected that I would need a loaner vehicle, but upon checking in I was told that no loaners are offered. I asked why the option was still available to select if it is not in fact an option and the rep simply said, “I don’t know.” Very unhelpful.... read more
Took my car for minor service on 9/18/2024. Tylor, as advisor, took over my service, told me it would take a week, told me she can’t offer me a loan car or any complimentary at the moment because “VW IS VERY SHORT STAFF CURRENTLY!” I tried to be nice and tried to compensate with my needs. Today is 10/15/2024 and my car is still at dealer, Tylor telling me “it still is not ready!” And, I had to call every week to get updates, because Tylor is very slow, careless and incompetent! Lee is my service coordinator and he is wonderful to work with! I was a bit disappointed with how long it took but Lee explained that they were backed up due to people being off due to a conference. Everything seems to be fixed and I am thankful! I needed the car back because I was going on a trip and Lee made sure that happened!
Vincent sold me an Atlas 2023. He is really good at pushing a sale. He said he would get it detailed a day before I went and all they did was vacuum very badly. He said I could charge my phone on the console and that didn’t work. Child lock on one side of the door does not work either (VERY IMPORTANT). And my car turns off randomly while I’m literally driving. Not the thing to conserve gas, it just shuts off and tells me to restart it MID DRIVING.
5 STARS!!!! This dealer is amazing and offers the BEST customer service!!! My dad and I were packing up the car to move him back home ( long distance trip of 1200 miles ) and as the final bags were placed in the car the passenger side seatbelt wouldn’t come unbuckled. We tried to fix it but we’re unsuccessful. So we decided to take a chance and drive over to see if Gossett Memphis could get us an appointment today.
