I scheduled the appointment online and the website is not very intuitive and doesn't have enough options to clearly explain the services required. We were bringing the vehicle in for an oil change, and I assumed we could have the check engine light inspected as well. We'd already had the light checked at AutoZone, so we knew what they said, but on the site, we didn't have anywhere to explain that we wanted that inspected. Upon arrival, I was informed that no one could check the engine light since that service needed to be re... read more

This visit was just the opposite of the last visit. This time I was greeted as soon as I walked into the building. The gentleman that waited on me was so professional, courteous and he actually listened to me. I didn’t feel rushed and he directed me to the waiting area where I got to sit and watch TV and drink me a hot cappuccino. The waiting area was very clean and comfortable. Cool manager Jason McGee, but horrible mechanics that doesn't like to do proper work. I've been trying to get my braking system, suspension or what ever causes loud squeezing sounds and ruff bumping vibration fixed from this location since I purchased it. We absolutely loved everything about our experience with Gossett Volkswagen (Covington Pike location). I have purchased from several other dealerships in the past and none of them compare to the excellent customer service we received at Gossett. Please go see Russell -he is very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and is willing to work with whatever circumstances you have without making you feel pressured. He made the entire process smooth and as stress-free as possible. We are so happy with our new Volkswagen Atlas and d... read more

I had had the pleasure of working with Scott Corbin for my recent service appointment and he was outstanding from start to finish. He secured me loaner without me having to ask, he kept me informed of my service and he made sure my car was washed prior to pick up. He also went above and beyond to follow up after my service. That’s an extension of luxury at its finest. Thanks Scott!
