My Cayenne’s AC had stopped cooling. Plus my sun roof began rattling with the sun closed. This was highly annoying for both issues. My service advisor AG advised me this was a laborious task For the AC repair Fortunately my vehicle has almost a year of CPO Warranty left on it. Porche provides loaner cars with CPO Warranty while your vehicle is being repaired. I coordinated with AG when a loaner was available and brought my car in. I’ve had a series of 3 poor visits with Gossett Porsche, this last one for my 2 year service on my Taycan being the absolute worst. Since this is my first time owning a Porsche, I had questions that the service director clearly wasn’t interested in answering or did so passively. The price I was quoted as “out of pocket” increased $300 when I arrived to pick up my vehicle. Miles helped me and did a fantastic job. The dealership itself is very impressive and has beautiful, amazingly optioned cars. It was my dream to own a Porsche since 15 years old, and finally got one much much later.
