Buyers beware, particularly on a 2022 Gentian Blue 718 Spyder that Gossett Porsche is currently trying to sell as a CPO vehicle. The car has extensive, poor-quality paintwork covering up undisclosed issues on at least 3 different panels (front bumper and both rockers). For over four years, I have experience impeccable service from Gossett Porsche. They are always helpful in getting me schedule and providing me with loaners or transportation. They are dedicated to making sure the car comes back to me fully repaired, and recently the car had an issue that was especially difficult to diagnose and the fix involved complexity and close collaboration with the manufacturer.Ā
Iāve always had my Porsche serviced here and it has been a horrible experience everytime, so I always dread the day my car tells me it needs service. This time was different. From the call to set the appointment to picking up my car was nothing but a five star experience. My service advisor was AG and she was nothing short of amazing. I am amending my review. Gosset did reach out. (after the first review) and stepped up and fixed the issue without charge. Thank you. I took my car here for a multipoint Inspection. I received a bill saying they had checked everything. When I went to get my car, I noticed the headlight washer on the driver's side was in the up position. I talked to my service advisor who then got the technician who performed the multi point inspection.
