I decided to take my GV70 for a diagnostic workup at this location after a failed attempt at Wolfchase Hyundai. The service at this location was on point! Very kind and knowledgeable people. They took the time to figure out my issue and offered me a loaner, while my truck was being fixed. I will definitely return back to this location!
The service PEOPLE at Genesis Covington Pike provide stellar service.!December During my visit in December Danielle stood out. She made sure the parts needed were on hand and the other services were handled promptly and efficiently. Again in March and April, Danielle kept me abreast of the progress of the extended repair process. The customer was top notch. From the internet interactions, to the follow-up calls, and the in person service was flawless. Alvin Butler is a professional salesman. He knows his products and the willingness to make it Happen! Mr. Shorter the finance manager was awesome as well. Even the GM called me such a TEAM!
