First time buyer from Warrington Gateway kia. Buying the car had a great experience, everyone involved all worked together to get the deal Done. Few weeks later had to go in for something minor and the service department was just as great. Would recommend them for sure !!!!!
Gateway Kia is one of the best dealerships in the Philly metro area. Whenever I go for services I have a blast while waiting for my car. In addition there is George (a service representative who really cares about your vehicle) it's just a pleasure knowing your car will be taken care of while having a great customer service experience.
Gateway KIA service department got us in for our annual inspection. They called me throughout the day with what they found and recommended. Their last call to inform me the work was done and ready for pickup was within their original estimation. The whole experience was timely and professional.
