4.5 Stars, easy to work with and a good group of people all around. They only have one finance person there, so the paper work took HOURS of sitting around waiting. Also, like most dealerships, they are not able to get you a decent APR even with good credit. I'd advise either financing through a credit union to begin with, or refinance ASAP (what I did) to get the APR down to what it should be. All that said I feel like I got a good deal, am very happy with the car, and am glad I chose to work with them.

Buying a car was always a hassle for me. All the back and forth haggling and last minute “deals” always annoyed me. Entered Gateway Kia for inspection of my 2019 Kia Sorrento. I was immediately shown into service office where I was greeted by the service representative. All of my requested items were completed in satisfactory time, including a no charge car wash. Will definitely return.
This visit was for my annual inspection, I was provided an itemization of what was needed with an estimate of the cost and the time it would take to complete. Everything was completed as advised. Joe M. was the service advisor and was very nice and informative. I have always been treated with courtesy and professionalism at Gateway KIA of Warrington.
