My service advisor Amanda was very helpful to get me in & out quickly. Had new winter tires installed, oil change, a recall (that I was not aware) taken care of and even a hand car wash! Everything was well organized and professional from the parts department through service. Great example how a dealership should operate!
Wonderful professional employees, especially DJ. Sometimes older people (83) are not treated the same way as younger ones. I've experienced this all the time. CJ is a caring and amazing young man. It was the 2nd time that he was my service writer. I will ask for him next time too. So happy to see that the chairs in the waiting room were CLEANED since I was there last time .
After researching several kia dealerships I found Gateway to be the best option. Good service department. Not aggressive sales people. Well.located, and liked their no pressure approach. Now I own a kia sportage hybrid ftom Gateway. Very happy, and trust and like the service department. I highly recommend this dealership.
Whoever picked up the phone said tire rotation comes complimentary with an oil change service. Came in and staff had to force me to pay extra $38 for a tire rotation. Also promised a complimentary car wash after service but didn’t receive anything. Waiting lounge sucks and not enough chairs was provided, some customers had to stand up. Staff didn’t care. Worst dealership I’ve ever been and the service sucks. They literally rob you. Do not come here.
We traded in our Three-year-old Kia Sportage hybrid vehicle and bought the same one with the same color, with a better trim package We were very happy with how honest And low pressure our salesperson was Gerald Marafioti as well as the manager, Barry The finance manager, Mike, was also very honest and easy to work with and got us out of there very efficiently.
