My service advisor Amanda was very helpful to get me in & out quickly. Had new winter tires installed, oil change, a recall (that I was not aware) taken care of and even a hand car wash! Everything was well organized and professional from the parts department through service. Great example how a dealership should operate!

I was able to tow my car to their garage and they were able to fix it same day. I was able to work from home and rest assured that they would take care of it. Excellent communication with the service advisors and Amanda was even willing to wait after closing for me to come pick my car up. To top it off, the complementary car wash, washing off all of the salt build up was a nice surprise. It was a great experience!
Went in for first complementary servicing (mainly oil change) 6 months after purchase of our Sportage. We were told would take about 90 minutes so decided to wait for job to be done. Waiting area was comfortable, was able to grab a free latte, and everything was completed in about 75-80 minutes, so right on their promised timeline. I received quick, courteous check in and check out from DJ and Spencer at the service desk; very nice gentlemen. I dropped off my car and then received a texted video from Ian Richards, the certified technician who gave a very clear and thorough explanation of the inspection of my car.
