I had a great experience at Gateway Kia. I previously used to visit a different Kia service location in North Jersey, but after recently moving to Central Jersey, I found this branch—and I’m really glad I did. The service here has been excellent. Amanda, in particular, has been incredibly helpful and professional right from the start. I also really appreciated the team’s support in arranging transportation to and from my home when my car was being serviced. It made the whole process smooth and convenient.
OUTSTANDING, as usual. Being as this is my eighth lease from Gateway, that alone speaks volumes. I would never go anywhere else. Outside of routine maintenance, this is my first go-round with warranty work. The entire service team: Frank (Mgr), Carlos, (writer), and Kevin (tech), addressed my issues quickly, and with no nonsense. Gateway Kia is horrible! My engine had issues that they claimed weren't part of the recall but wouldn't print out any pictures of what they were finding wrong claiming they couldn't because they were on the Kia tablet! These issues were going on for over a year and they did NOTHING! They wanted 6000 for a new engine. What a joke! Had a second opinion thank goodness! Will NEVER get another Kia!!
The service department has done a totally 360 degree turnaround. I've been dealing with DJ and Frank. They have been externally accommodating and pleasant to work with. After terrible experiences from prior managers and staff, I now feel comfortable having my car serviced at Gateway Kia of North Brunswick again.
