Love my car. Had some warranty issues, and appointment times. 7 am appointments and 5 hours later the repair is done. The express lane takes priority over appointment times, which is annoying. I then have to use vacation time to cover the hours I miss from work

Jordan is especially helpful. I’ve dealt with her since I purchased my Jeep. Charges for services seem fair and reasonable. Being a senior widow means I need to be able to trust that I am being treated fairly. I believe this is true with Freeland.

Service department took excellent care of my new Jeep. It seems the issue I was having wasn’t mechanical but “operator error.” They explained what was happening in terms that I could understand. They will be taking care of my vehicle as long as I own it.
