We have used the service department for several years. We have had a Grand Cherokee Jeep and a Dodge Ram Truck, both of which required warranty work. On the Grand Cherokee a replacement drive shaft assembly had to be ordered. The navigation system went out on the Ram Truck. Both issues were corrected within a week, which I considered timely since parts had to be ordered.
Jordan was amazing! She went above and beyond our expectations! Highly recommend her to help you in service! Billy took the time to explain and show me what was wrong and needed to be taken care of! Top quality service and people!
