2nd time bringing my car here and the service is great. Christin was great. Very professional, explained things very clear on what my car needed. I appreciate that alot. The price was also great, I thought it would cost more but it was a very reasonable price. I wish I could take my care here for my recall issues but I understand how things go. Nevertheless I am very satisfied with the service I received here. Thank you.

An Oil change nightmare, I never knew an oil change could really take 3+ hours. I also got a recall done a few months ago, and after the work was done, I started getting random car signs. I told the advisor and pretty much told me they aren’t related and that it would be 190 dollars for a simple diagnostic, which I declined. It is now 11:52 as I’m writing this review and have yet to receive my car.

Todd was great- made the process smooth and simple. Transparent with pricing and had the vehicle done quicker then promised! One thing they need to work on is the ability to get scheduled- I felt like I was stuck in AI hell until I was able to reach a human to get scheduled. Once there, Todd took over and the experience was great.

Ed Voyles service center is trash. They kept my van for 4 days to fix the sliding door (that was under warranty). The tech told me I was pushing the button wrong. I told him the sliding door bouncing back is a mechanical issue, not how I push the button. When I picked up my van, the front windshield was cracked and my dash cam had been torn off the windshield. They claimed it was like that when I dropped it off, but when went to check my dash cam footage, it was missing footage in the middle of the timing where they had my c... read more

Amazing Service from Shannon Price! Shannon at Ed Voyles Honda is absolutely amazing! Every visit, she makes me feel like family. She treats my car as if it were her own and always takes the time to explain everything clearly. Her professionalism and customer care are top-notch — the best I’ve experienced in a long time. If I were her boss, I’d give her both a raise and a promotion! She’s a true asset to Ed Voyles Honda. Highly recommend asking for Shannon if you want the best service experience!
