My experience with Ed Voyles Honda was incredibly disappointing and a complete waste of my time. Before scheduling my appointment, I specifically called to ask what the diagnostic fee would be for my A/C issue. I was told it would be **$120**. I also explained that another Honda dealership had informed me there was extended warranty coverage on the A/C compressor for certain model years, including my 2017 if that ended up being the problem. My car had its 60,000-mile service recently. Terrence was my service consultant. He provided me with a place where I could work (in case I had meetings, so I wouldn't disrupt other customers while waiting for their vehicles). The mechanics discovered an issue with my car's engine valves. Terrence explained the nature of the repair and the costs (so I could make a well-informed decision). I bought a pre-owned vehicle from Ed Voyles Honda in Marietta less than two months ago. When I purchased the car, I was told that if something broke, they would help take care of it. Recently, one of my rear tail light bulbs burned out, so I contacted one of their sales agents and was told to bring the car to the Honda service line at 7 AM.
