The employees here are very rude and quite frankly not knowledgeable about their job at all. Called to have a new display screen and radio installed. I was told, “We don’t do that you have to go to Best Buy.” So to get clarification I repeated that I had to go to Best Buy to fix a vehicle I purchased from Honda in May. I cannot believe that people have had a bad experience with this dealership! I went to another Honda dealer where I was TOTALLY SCAMMED , and ripped off on price, not including adding things to my loan that I was unaware of. I started disliking my new car from the previous dealership the next day when I found out, by myself that the car had no options. Did the salesman let me know, NOT. I have a 1991 Honda prelude and went in looking for some parts. I knew ahead of time they were most likely not going to have anything for my car. I was right, but the person helping me got me all the part numbers so I could source the part elsewhere.
Do not buy parts here!! Tried to charge me over $500 for a Civic 2007 alternator - that part costs around $120 in retail, less than $100 new on ebay. Predators like these should not be allowed to run businesses, absolutely disgusting.
I bought a car today from them and they had excellent customer service...Les Millender and David Morson were great!!! Thank you guys for the GREAT customer service..and I;m very happy with my new 2017 Nissan Altima...thanks again... Rochelle Smith
